If you are undergoing sEMG biofeedback treatment and would like to discuss your progress
or seek information on data interpretation or symptom changes, Dr. Glazer would be pleased
to be of service.
If you are a patient under-going treatment you must inform your treatment resource that you intend to seek this consultation so that there is no confusion. It may be necessary for your treatment resource to contact Dr. Glazer to discuss your case with him.
Professionals
For professionals using systems which permit sEMG data storage and transmission, or for
those who wish to mail or fax data, Dr. Glazer will answer specific questions regarding
this data.
Consultations can be conducted in any one of several formats including live internet chat, videoconferencing, email, mail, fax, telephone or any combination. Payments are most easily accomplished by credit card but other payment methods can be arranged.
