Conditions

Generalized and localized vulvodynia, provoked and unprovoked vulvodynia. Vulvar vestibulitis. Pudendal neuralgia, pudendal nerve entrapment.Vaginismus and dysparuenia.

Interventions

Biofeedback, manual therapy (muscle energy techniques, manipulation, myofascial release, trigger point release, connective tissue mobilization, nerve mobilization, self-care, therapeutic exercise.

Training

I have attended multiple courses related to pelvic floor pain and dysfunction (about 10 course). A list can be seen on my website www.ptspecialtyclinic.com. I have 10 years experience treating vulvodynia.

Essay

Physcial therapy for pelvic pain syndromes including vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, pudendal nerve entrapament and other pelvic pain diagnoses. Our clinic serves mainly the state of Texas. Main treatment modalities include manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Biofeedback is offered to assist with pelvic floor strengthening or relaxation as the individual may need. We accept most major PPOs.
