Return & Order Cancellation Policy
Products being returned within 30 days of delivery will be issued a credit or refund, except for disposable supplies that have expired or been opened, custom or prescription orders, software, books and tapes.
There is a restocking charge of 15% (minimum $ 5.00) for items being returned within 30 days.
A 3% re-processing fee ($5.00 minimum) will be assessed on the cancellation of a charge card order prior to shipment which results in a refund.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced under terms of manufacturer warranty.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Products being returned within 30 days of delivery require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please call us at 212 563-7045 or email mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your required RMA number.
Enclose a copy of your original invoice with a daytime phone number and/or email address inside the package.
Place the RMA number on the outside of the package to insure proper and timely processing your return.
Items being returned must be in as-shipped condition.
You will be responsible for any loss or damage while in route, please consider insuring your package .
If returning item(s) from outside the U.S.A., please contact your customs officials or taxing authorities to get the proper clearances to get the product back into your country without being liable for duties, fees or taxes on a repaired item(s).
We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Defective products replaced or repaired under warranty will be returned at our expense, by regular ground UPS, to an address (no PO Boxes) within the United States .
